Farmhouse Home Decor Every Beef Lovers Needs

I’ve been meaning to put this farmhouse home decor blog post together for what seems like months. The girly-girl in me really enjoys decorating our home and I figured I’d share some of my style in case it inspires you. Our home definitely has a farmhouse vibe but I love incorporating specific beef-themed decor. You will find things like re-purposed barn wood, hair on hide rugs, blown up canvases of my favorite cows, and furniture that has been brought back to life with some Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. I love mixing dark tones of the items above with white and grey tile and walls in our home. Below are a few of the things that either already exist in our home or they are sitting in a basket to be purchased. Haha!

1.Every ranch house needs a vintage windmill. And if you can’t find the real thing, this one comes in a close second. The windmill in our home sits in our living room and is the focal point when you walk into our home. I just love it. To order your own windmill, click here: Rustic Farmhouse Windmill

2.  When it comes time to celebrate, I really enjoy accessorizing with these 3 tier trays. They hold all kinds of food (specifically burgers!) as well as the condiments and the tin definitely fits the rustic-chic vibe I’m usually going for. To purchase your own 3 tier tray, click here: 3 tier tray

3. One of my favorite things to do when decorating is to mix all kinds of textures. And because we raise beef around these parts, anything leather becomes a top priority. These leather pillows mixed with some fur and/or chunky knit throws and you’ve got it made! To purchase your your own leather pillows, click here: Genuine Leather Pillow Cover (20”x20”)

4. The next home decor item is one of my most recent purchases. I’m quite proud, mostly because it’s really inexpensive, very fitting (bc Mr. Meet Your Beef and I currently live in town) and just too darn cute.  All this Life is Better on the Ranch vinyl decal needs right now is a chosen wall in the house. I can’t decide if it should go in the guest bathroom or the spare bedroom? Decisions, decisions… To order your own vinyl, click here: Life is Better on The Ranch Vinyl Wall Decal Sticker (12 x 12″)

5. It’s my strong opinion that every ranch house needs some really ranchy themed mugs for that strong coffee first thing in the morning. We happen to be partial to our own in-house version. To purchase your own Burnin’ Daylight Coffee Mug, click here: Burnin’ Daylight Coffee Mug

6. I couldn’t possibly finish this list without adding a product from The Pioneer Woman. I don’t walk into Walmart often, but when I do, I can’t help but swoon over her line and silently wish my home was all kinds of crazy floral. One of my favorites of hers is this 14-Piece Turquoise Rustic Cutlery Set. To purchase your own, click here: 14-piece Turquoise Rustic Cutlery Set

Hope you enjoyed our favorites list! Please share this post with your farmhouse, beef loving friend!

xx, Brooke

My Beef With Antibiotics

Antibiotics; it’s a hot topic these days. And rightfully so. But I’m finding myself continually frustrated with the focus of this conversation and I’m here to hopefully clear a few things up. As level-headed people who are genuinely interested in our own health and the…
